Synopsis
To the public, she is the Knight Commander: a shining symbol of national pride and an idol to the people. In reality? She’s just a glorified middle manager, crushed under a mountain of paperwork and exploited by her relentless superiors. While struggling to balance her pride with the daily grind, the noble Lady Knight Linna encounters a colossal dragon. She draws her sword to engage, but years of burnout finally take their toll; she is mercilessly defeated before she can even land a strike. However, when she finally opens her eyes, the world before her is beyond anything she could have imagined... (Source: Kodansha, translated)
